For all of you who love our planet but hate sacrificing your style, H&M has got your back. On April 12 they will be expanding their "conscious exclusive glamour" line in about 100 of their stores. The eco friendly collection will feature everything from short suits to cocktail dresses and even a wedding dress for $299. All the pieces will be made from recycled polyester, organic cotton and hemp. So come April, make sure to stop by a flagship H&M and do your part to save mother nature, while looking fabulous of course!

Vancouver is getting a facelift

For all our Vancouverites, your shopping is about to get a supercharged facelift and we can't wait. I am sure you have noticed the large construction site on Robson, paving way for a flagship multi level Forever 21. And opening across the street will be the first ever J Crew in Western Canada. The Bay is currently making over their basement to make room for a full floor of Topshop/Topman to open in October 2012. Heading over to West 4th ave in Kits Le Chateau is out and a second location for Urban Outfitters is in. There are still rumors floating around that Nordstroms is considering a move up to Vancouver, so what's holding them back? Well it seems they are hunting for the perfect location, considereing the size needed. There are rumblings that it may take over Sears, but it looks like we might be waiting for that one. And to top it all off the mystery of who will take over the vacant HMV location on the corner of Burrard and Robson, we can't wait to find that one out. With so many great additions your spring 2012 wardrobe is about to be amazing!

We will be the first to admit we haven't been the biggest supporters of Bill Gaytten, with his lack luster spring collections and his drab Dior presentation, but we love what he did for John Galliano Fall 2012. Everything came together in a rich fusion of texture and colour- absolutely exquisite!!!
